NUCs - We sell nucs and queens.  If you're interested in a nuc, we begin taking names in January via website order form.  We limit the number of nucs we sell each year and sell in the order requested.  Our nucs consist of 5 frames; 3 frames with brood, capped or open, a frame with honey and pollen and a built out frame for the queen to continue to lay in.   You are required to bring your equipment to our location so we can transfer the nuc into your equipment while we show you the queen, her laying pattern and the brood. 

We have sold out of 2024 nucs.  The only way to secure a 2024 nuc from us is with the purchase of a Beginner Package Kit.

I would just like to say that I appreciate the newbie day! It was so informative and was a no stress environment. I liked the information at the beginning paired with getting into a hive; made it much easier to make the connections between what I’m hearing and seeing! I also think the demonstration on the frame builds was helpful and helped take away the nerves to purchase unassembled equipment in the future!
