Looking for someone to speak to your group about bees and beekeeping?  Let us help you with that. 
From young to old, knowledgeable to “newbies”, there is a fascination with bees and beekeeping.  We’ve presented to classes at schools as young as kindergarten up through sophomores in high school.  We’ve been hosts to garden clubs, library groups and open houses with a wide variety of ages.   The presentation is interactive and includes hands on as well as educational information. We are experienced with small groups to groups well over 100.

Newbie Day was a wonderful experience for those wanting to explore beekeeping. It was a way for me to gain knowledge and ask questions on how to get started and what is needed for a hive and colony. Seeing into a hive and learning simple things like don’t stand in front of the opening was so helpful too. I would have figured it out eventually, but seeing more bees conglomerate around me and then moving out of their way and realizing I didn’t have hardly any bees around me anymore was an awe moment. Loved learning from everyone there and am excited to become a beekeeper in the near future.

Thank you Mike and Debbie, Seibs Hoosier Honey,for opening your barn your home restroom and your hives to our newbie class.  The two of you and your combined 80 years experience at beekeeping were so very informative.  Our son has been mentoring us  and Weve been studying by watching YouTube but having actual sight & hands on was so beneficial.

The health precautions that you provided by spacing and requiring people to wear masks made us feel very comfortable with guidelines for covid-19.
